1. What we collect

When you use facturio, we process the data you provide to create and manage your invoices:

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash).
• Invoice data: client details, invoice amounts, dates and payment information you enter.
• Usage data: basic technical data (browser, device, approximate location) for security and analytics.

2. Why we process it

We process your data solely to provide the invoicing service: creating, storing and sending QR-bill invoices and managing your account.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you (Swiss FADP Art. 31 and GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Storage & security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU. Access is protected by TLS encryption and access controls. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

5. Third parties

We use Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics). We do not sell your data to anyone.

6. Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all data at any time in the app settings.
