1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the online platform facturio.ch («facturio»). The provider is Strongwinds («we»). By registering for or using facturio you accept these T&C.

2. Service description

facturio is an online application for creating and managing invoices with a Swiss QR-bill. The scope of functions may be extended, adapted or changed at any time.

3. Registration and user account

Use of the service requires a user account. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential and to prevent unauthorised access.

4. Beta phase and pricing

facturio is currently in a beta phase and is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions in the future. We will inform you in good time of any price changes.

5. User obligations

You undertake not to misuse facturio, not to create or distribute unlawful content and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Details are set out in the privacy policy.

7. Liability and warranty

facturio is developed and operated with the greatest care. However, we provide no warranty for uninterrupted or error-free availability. Liability is excluded or limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Term and termination

You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time. In the event of a breach of these T&C we may suspend access with immediate effect.

9. Changes to the T&C

We may amend these T&C at any time. The current version is published on facturio.ch.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the provider.
